3. CC 1 Consultant Contract for G-Romanow, Inc. to Replace Current Consultant
   Motions:
   

   I recommend award of the replacement Consultant contract with G-Romanow, Inc. for $46,400  through March 31, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: CC 1 The Consultant shall perform the following services: PeopleSoft Version 8.9 - Functional A/R Projects. This recommendation is a replacement for Deep Yarta, an eVerge consultant, as approved as part of the January 10, 2007, Item CC 2 recommendation.
